 Shipping Fees
All orders received before 3:00pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped
the same day. Orders after 3:00pm EST are shipped the next business day.
Passes are shipped via DHL or Federal Express. Please note that we cannot
deliver to P.O boxes. Delivery time for most standard orders is 2-3 business
days unless otherwise requested. International orders can take between
3-7 days.

before 4pm eastern time. If you are cutting it close time wise, please call us
at 800-352-7661 to confirm shipment times. Special situations or seat reservations
may incur a higher shipping charge. Someone must be available to sign for the
package when it arrives.
Rush Orders:
It is possible to place a rush order. To do so contact our customer service department
at info@Railfrance.com or call 800-352-7661. Railfrance.com does not ship
on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for
weekend orders.
Status:
You will receive two emails from Railfrance.com. The first email will notify you
that we have received your order. The second email will be sent to you
as soon as your order is completely processed and will also contain a
tracking number for your rail pass. To check on the status of your shipment
click on the link that will be included with your original e-mail or click
here for FedEx tracking.
